The stay at the Pullman hotel was wanderful. The saff was very lovely and welcoming, the room was lovely and equipped with a coffee machine and everything. Breakfast was great and the view from the terrace to the beack is very nice. Gerty Dieme Guest experience manager was very lovely and helpful to my requests

The staff’s kindness makes up for the outdated look

I was at arrival a little disappointed by the infrastructure to be honest. Some is outdated and should be urgently renovated. But the staff is so friendly and keep everything so clean that you forget about it. The breakfast is sometimes a little hectic, especially during the week-end, but the food served is quality and very fresh. Our last day was disappointing as we needed unexpectedly to stay an extra night for business reasons. They couldn’t accommodate and we had to book another hotel. I felt the way things were handled poorly with little empathy unfortunately.

Advise to Business customers, Re-check each and every line item in the invoice you spent in the Hotel like Laundry, Room service dinner, launge dinner, before you enter your Card pin. If any item you find suspicious, you ask them to get the bill which is signed by you at the time of service. Because In our recent stay, we found couple of disputes in the line items they bill extra without our knowledge. And the staff attend at reception have no acces to their management to speak about any queries you raised. Later. Advise to Hotel, In the invoice, pls try to add a colum for card transaction which shows how much credited/pre-authorized at check-in and balance paid at check-out. Pls make sure, the reception staff understand English well and responsive immediately to any queries. Donot play cheap things for your savings like skipping toiletries items, re-using towels, snack items in the room. As an international hotel, you should maintain multi-continental dishes in your menu, i didn't find atleast one Asian dishes in the menu which leads loose you launge business.

Employees in Pullman dakar are very customer centric. I just got an issue and have experienced how well they are supportive. Mrs Assanatou and mr Dieng from the laundry service have done all their best to provide a quick solution and it worked very well. Great thanks mrs Assanatou and mr Dieng!

The guy at the guest welcoming Moussa Baldé was outstanding. Always ready to help out. Everything was great overall during my visit. I must admit that this Hotel has really changed and I would like it to stay as it was back in the 90's I was then working with tour operators from the US.
